Design Phase

First Meeting

initially, we want to get to know you and get a feel for the site and the scope of the project. by walking the property, asking questions and most importantly listening to your “wish list” for this project, we will have gathered information to develop a design. furthermore, our designers will take photos, take measurements, shoot grades, make notes of sun and wind patterns and finally analyze any current issues.

Preliminary Design

we study all information gathered to determine the assets, demands and limitations of the property. a rough draft will be produced to make sure we are headed in the “right direction”, along with estimated cost of the project. at this point we discuss all materials designed and finalize these selections; colors, textures and size.

master Plan

upon your approval of the preliminary design, material and cost estimates and any design changes are updated…..the master plan is completed. You will be provided a formal proposal along with construction details. once you have approved your design and an initial deposit is received , work can begin!
